Doing Something New
For past few weeks I have been supporting our new opportunity at the Savannah River National Laboratory. SRNL puts science to work to create and deploy practical, high-value, cost-effective technology solutions. As the applied research and development laboratory at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site (SRS), SRNL supports customers at SRS, throughout DOE, at other federal agencies, across the country and around the world.
As a member of the Savannah River Nuclear Solutions team, Lockheed Martin has primary responsibility to promote the growth of the National Lab. I am currently supporting this effort and assessing their technologies and capabilities.
My contact information for more information on SRNL is:

Cool project, David! The national labs are a great resource; I co-oped at Sandia National Laboratories and was impressed by how many different areas of expertise they had.
Now that the labs no longer need to focus on weapons for the cold war, it’d be great to see them put their brainpower to work on our current national needs of energy independence, reduced environmental impact, and sustainable growth.
